True Story was born over ten years ago from a love of antiques and pieces with a past. In 2021 we purchased this old mansion in Hendersonville, NC. It was operating as an inn at the time, and came chock full of beautiful pieces. We already had quite the collection of our own, so we had to start thinning things out.

This began as a process of selling on marketplace and evolved into a little showroom antique store in our backyard.

We have fully stepped into the 21st century and are now offering all of our items online. A few things to know:

1. Shipping is calculated at checkout

2. The furniture ships too and you'd be surprised at how affordable it can be.

3. Local pick up is always an option.

4. We are happy to consider delivering. We are newly empty nesters, we have a truck and a trailer and love a good excuse to get out of town. Please inquire if you need this, you never know.
